A message dated June 3, 1998, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 399(RLS)                                         
"An Act relating to an optional exemption from, and deferral of               
payment of, municipal taxes on deteriorated property, and defining             
'deteriorated property' for purposes of the exemption or deferral;
